My morning run was ok, but I was extremely tired (2:56 hours of sleep after last night’s big band rehearsal, ending on GONNA FLY NOW – quite the relaxing end piece for me as lead trumpet…), now I‘ll have to work and practice some stuff at home, then cycle to work.

Coros now has support bot that masquerades as a real person named Cara. Cara's form letters are the first few rounds of any support exchange. It asks for a bunch of useless information and, in my experience, misdiagnoses the problem and doesn't pass the information on to a real person. So, the real person asks the same questions again.

I never did —>sleep<— tracking with my Apple Watch because of charging. I charge my Garmin every 7-8 days.
