    @wood5y And as a disabled person she will likely have a Blue Badge, which will enable her to park in places able bodied people cannot, which would make livable neighbourhood schemes doubly safe for her by keeping people out who do not need to be there!Yes, councils must engage AND make damn sure everyone is accommodated (which they often don't) but the principle here seems sound. Undemocratic and poorly implemented maybe, but sound.
