@alicefrieren Just trying it now. I don't have egg, as I said, but I'll try that when I can.Turns out my pepper jack slice was moldy, but I have some shredded Colby jack I forgot about. It's pretty good!

@SitaDulip I feel like I'm missing out for not having an #airfryer in 2026. Gasp! But I'm going to eventually ditch the cheap, crappy toaster oven with a combined airfryer one at some point.

I've cooked and eaten a splendid chicken risotto meal kit from Friday's Gousto delivery. More 'cooking' than I'm used to but the instructions were clear and there was no waste other than the packaging. It took a bit longer to prepare & cook than the instructions suggested. It's been well received by Sacha, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and quite enjoyed making it. #Cooking #MealKit #RecipeKit #Gousto
