    @housepanther @someguy this is actually the same thing that happened when HHS was talking about an nationwide searchable autism database. so when that happened, pretty much the only thing you could do is revoke your PHI privileges which in the long run, is not great. i actually read the article and the information was gathered under a different issue so re-tooling it to create a "database" of trans people in the state should be a violation of HIPAA. hopefully this will get shut down pretty quickly but who knows
