@teohhanhui @AVincentInSpace @mttaggart Their firmware updates are a little sporadic, but compared to companies like Minisforum or GPD, I don't think they are doing too bad a job. I have a FW13 with the 11th gen Intel chip, the first laptop board they made. It is still supported and still getting firmware updates where appropriate.
