Worse than that even since this is part of a calculated scheme where the regime is cutting benefits everywhere to free up more money for them to steal! America should be leading the way helping its citizens not robbing them of assistance. In Romania I had surgery, spent a week in hospital and a month of aftercare and the bill was ZERO. Diabetics receive insulin FREE! RO is a poor country but it values its people. America...not so much.
