    @SUp3rN0va Well I live in Tennessee, and the company I work for, StaffEZ, is in Tennessee and several other states. Of course the requirements are set by the school district. Some require you to take courses, some give you certain units online, a few of them require that you take a test. The school district I work in now did not require me to take a test. I will state that if I had the college degree in certifications they would pay me better.
