@persagen The fact the measure is doomed to fail isn't the point nor a reason to drop it. Simply pushing for it serves the purpose of putting Trump's obvious mental issues into the news.And, for anyone who *does think Trump is demented or a loon* the GOP fighting it becomes another reason to distrust *them*.Classic win/win scenario – by losing.
