@ajh hehe. I don’t know how I pulled it off, but I’m fairly sure the ink wasn’t yet dry on my license when I ended up in the EOC as the alternate controller for the Tour de Rock in 2023. Last time I’d done any radio work was when I was at basic training for the army. Managed to keep up tho!
