@julian Me too. Can't wait! Only playing Galdalf, but that's good enough for me. Easily one of my faves.
Also on the program is some Grainger (Lincolnshire Posy), Holst (First Suite), Whitacre (Lux Arumque), and a few others incl. new local works.

@julian It's the former University of Regina band director's "alumni" concert (former students, friends, colleagues). 150 players! No livestream, but I'm told it'll be recorded.

@julian Pete's piece is called Shadow Song, and Stetner's is a three-movement thing, but not sure if there's an overarching name. The movements are called: The Sabre and The Quill, The Sword and The Feather, The Scimitar's Feather.
