Who we choose as our leaders matters. In Canada though, our politicians have chosen us.
Implementation of electoral reform should be in every politician's platform, not a referendum hurdle. If Wales can make its elections more proportional this year, why can't PEI? If Mongolia made the switch last year, why can't Canada?
