@Em0nM4stodon I feel at some point someone is going to get this pulled into court, and God knows how it will be ruled on, but it seems like very quickly this will to cause an explosive public case where some child or another person is harmed because of this process; people will lose money or something worse will happen

@Em0nM4stodon Also: why only protect children against hyper-addictive algorithms? Why are hard drugs banned but highly addictive social media not?

@Azuaron @Em0nM4stodon IIRC wiretapping doesn't apply in "public places" - otherwise anyone just taking regular videos or security cameras or Ring cameras would be illegal.
