@cassana Heh, range-wise and with a mic I could just about sing that. Probably not as convincingly though. Today was mostly about doing less to produce sound, which left me feeling like I was doing nothing and had nothing to lean on while singing. It's a good thing. Not sure I can do it on my own at home yet.

Thing that strikes me about our choir: when the whole choir is a bit nervous about a concert, it’s suddenly very quiet in the break room. Most amateur choirs I’ve sang in get the chattier the more nervous they are. #choir #churchchoir #musicians #classicalmusic

Today’s workday: taught a couple Alexander technique students. Then practised some (about a million it felt like) hymns for a church service next Sunday. In Dutch. Then a recorder lesson and one more AT-lesson. After dinner rushed through two parts of Mozart op35 on bassoon, just before the recorder group arrived to practise for tomorrow’s students’ concert.
