Diary of an AuDHD Squirrel. Day 940 , Monday 25/05/2026Managed a lie in this morning, it being a public holiday.It has been stupidly hot here in deepest, darkest Yorkshire with temps hitting 32ºC in the shade in the east facing back garden this afternoon! A mostly quiet day but we did do some measuring up in the box room for fitting a new desk & shelving in once the decorators have been next week & the carpet we chose on Saturday is fitted. Mrs S is very excited! Had a naughty fired chicken takeaway - I tried a new item on their menu - garlic seasoned Chicken ‘strips’ which turned out to be massive, & tasty! Rewatched ‘Grey Man’ with Ryan Gosling, a throughly enjoyable turn your brain off romp.Final Thoughts.Not a bad day at all but I wonder if I will be able to get any sleep tonight!
