Still a bit wrecked, physically and emotionally, after the last couple of days, but got on my bike and headed over to Ashton Court #parkrun Took it steady in muggy conditions, eventually working my way up to the 2nd placed lady. I suggest we chased down 1st, which she managed but I didn't. Only a minute slower than last week, which is a win, and had a lovely time chatting and sorting the finish tokens afterwards. #running #RunnersOfMastodon

@WTL @gulfie the htfu crew can get bent, I run for health and fun, running injured does achieve either and running injured has a far more likelihood of becoming chronic. Smart move, despite the frustration.
