We've spent the afternoon sitting in the garden in the sun doing next to nothing. Sacha finished up her weeding earlier and after lunch kept falling asleep over a word search book. I kept her topped up with cider. I read the #cycling magazines that had been piling up - Arrivée (from Audax UK), Cycling (from The CTC) and News & Views (Veteran Cycle Club). I also went on a hunt for my Tilley hat, which wasn't where I left it last September (!).We intermittently looked at the Flightradar app to see where the aircraft passing over were travelling between. Summer must be coming (but I'm not fooled or complacent)#Today

A new day. A new chance to succeed.Uncharacteristically langourous start to the day. Rose early but settled in for a relaxing breakfast with fresh bread, good coffee, and a gentle read.I'm playing catch up now but I'm feeling no rush. Just that "time to do it" feeling as I chop wood and carry water.The daily reading talked of consistency.
