Dear helpful friendly tech folks of the fedi! I'm looking for a simple way to build a simple website, with the following criteria: - Text, images, video, an easily-edited blog-type function - I actively *don't* want any user tracking or cookies or analytics or anything like that- I don't want to "monetise" anything about it- Absolutely no AI anywhere near it- I am not a coder, nor do I have time or spoons or interest in becoming one, so a plug and play for-dummies solution that doesn't require me to touch github or a command line is required- No US tech I would in the before-times probably have turned to Wordpress, but I gather they've gone a bit mad, so is there anything similar but better out there that you could recommend?
