      @Pauliinalievonen Like F3 to D4? Made me get out Timm, and ... Woo. No. Maybe finger an F and trill the whole left hand with the whisper key down? I don't have one here to test on.

        @Sempf F4 to D4. Or is that what you meant?

          @Pauliinalievonen Sorry yeah. My phone keyboard hates numbers. It's been a while since I had a bassoon in my hands, so I might be talking totally out of my butt. Mostly clarinet.

            @Pauliinalievonen
            I do not.

            If I did,
            would very happily share,
            & hope it helped.

              @Pauliinalievonen You can play "open" D4 (xxo|ooo) or and just uncover the two holes, exactly as you would for alternating between D3 and F3. This "zero finger F4" will not be beautiful but it's better than nothing.

                @legendarybassoon Thanks! I was actually going to post an update - I found that playing F4 with 1xx 12xx and alternating with open D worked. I'm used to cross fingerings from recorder. But I'll try this option, too!

                First concert of this project was last Saturday, second is tomorrow.

                  @Pauliinalievonen If this F4 works you may also try 1XX 123F (and alternate with viennese D 12x x23F)
