Brilliant August weather, eh, looks at forecast and pokes head out of window. Yup, best dress for potential rain and a fresh'ish wind. Get out onto the moor and wind drops and the sun finds a hole in the low clouds. Contemplate shall I take a layer off, getting a bit warm now. Glad I didn't as the high point and the down hill was directly into what felt like an late autumn wind. Managed to out run the rain again.
